present. Technical Superintendent of Rocktree (international multinational company, working
language - English).
Technical management of 4 self-propelled (2 Z-Drive Azimuth Thrusters + 1 Tunnel
Thruster) barges and two tugs (2 Z-Drive Azimuth Thrusters) for transshipemnt road
loading of coal. RINA class. Preparation and remote supervision of two newly acquired
similar barges in Weihai, China. Development of a project for the heat insulation and
modernization of barges in accordance with Russian sanitary rules and technical
regulations.
Preparation for winter self-repair. Implementation on ships of the English-language
computer system of preventive technical management “ShipManager”, filling the
Database with scanned and recognized repair manuals and spare parts catalogs.

Submission and reporting of the technical part to the Technical Director in Singapore,
Technical Manager in Genoa, Italy.
Coping with the consequences of "covid" barge repair in China in the absence of local
ship repair facilities and a low-skilled purchasing department.
Developments in China: OEM spare parts, propeller manufacturing and repair,
shipbuilding materials and components approved by RMRS and RINA.

self-repair by crews.
