Coordination between maintenance teams, engineering management and project personnel to update, reconcile, organize and class ify material record cards,
change MRP software settings for projects, preventive maintenance and modifications Perform start-up and shutdown planning, including procedures,
outage planning and commissioning of systems and equipment for small projects. Identify and resolve technological or operational problems with equipment
used in new projects. Investigate root causes of technological or operational problems, develop and take measures to eliminate them. Organizing and
processing requests for changes aimed at ensuring the implementation of small projects introduced at the production facility. Assisting other employees of
the Company's divisions in organizing and performing work at the facility. Design and analysis of complex planned maintenance activities, confirming
compliance with equipment isolation requirements and planning shutdowns. Making forecasts of the consequences of changes in the operation of the facility
and developing the necessary action plans to reduce their impact and eliminate unforeseen situations. Transfer of all necessary information about the
operation of the facility to the control panel operator and other responsible persons.
Participated in several sessions of HAZOP as field representative and a subject matter expert:
- For ODOPTU NWS – September 2022 (Revision of several MOC projects from process safety perspective, overall system analysis and
troubleshooting)
- For Chayvo OPF – August 2024 (Vast overview of MOC projects since 2018, new projects analysis from process safety perspective)
• Initiated and implemented Management Of Change (MOCs).
• Supported SMNGS start up team, operation and maintenance group for the normal and continuous operation of the plant. The work involves but not
limited to pre – start up checks, start up and operations of various equipment, skids, modules, turbines, compressors and pumps.
• Identified and reported to the Control Room any plant/equipment malfunction or abnormalities. Responsible for the continuous production of Oil, Gas and
Utilities safe machine’s operation.
• Helped gathered and collected data for the process and utility equipment, identify actions to be taken to minimize equipment and machinery failure.
• Assisted in the recovery of plant from any emergency shutdown and minimize loss of production, whilst adhering to operating procedures.
• Completed field pre-start-up/operating checks, ensuring all interdependent systems are available.
• Ensured that hazardous materials are handled safely.
• Supervised contractor personnel working on site, ensuring they observe all safety procedures and statutory safety requirements.
• Helped in the review of plans and prepare necessary documents as required for the work and that includes but not limited to making isolation certificates,
work permits, job safety analysis and others.
• PTW - Issued & signed work permits for work to proceeds and monitor their compliance to PTW system.
• Conducted PTW & JSA assessments - audits
• Participated in the HSE weekly and monthly meetings.
• Conducted regular PTW and LOTO compliance to make sure they are properly implemented.
• Conducts mechanical and process isolation in compliance to the PTW & LOTO system.
• Conducts initial and random gas testing.
• Monitoring and supervision of PTW Permit To Work, Isolation and SIMOPS - Assisted with planning, coordination and safe execution of permitted works.
